I usually sleep well and long.But sometimes I cannot sleep right away,though I want to sleep.It is good before going to bed,but after then,I spend a long time.It takes to sleep for about 2hours in the longest case.
But why?It is only my case? I don’t think so.
I think too much thought prevents one’s sleep.When I have a problem, I consider the problem deeply.What is the cause of problem? What should I do? its been that I can’t sleep in the long time.On the other hand,when I don’t have any problem,I can sleep in a few seconds.
Thinking too much is my character. I think we should respond to any problem around us to clear it, usually I have done so.
But it depends on the case and time. In the case I go to bed,I shouldn’t use my brain probably.

I don’t think thinking is bad,but it is important for us to balance both of them.
