Hatarakisugi is one of Japanese social issues, hence, people would consider quitting their job when they get to an extent. But before quitting my company, I would like to throw the light on Japanese company culture, infrastructure or system to analyze for my future reference. Thanks to the fact that being in this company, it’s really easy for me to ask questions about our expertise, which helps me to develop myself to see hidden and nebulous facts. And what I also need to think about is that I also want to run a research to know about my current company.
It will take 10 years to be sent abroad as a manager if I am staying in this company. It’s kind of too slow to get on a management position. I would like to make dynamic growth. So I would like to challenge another thing to expand my career. I talked to a lady(I would call her E on this blog) on a phone and she said she wants to go to Hiroshima because she wants to hear about World War Two. I talked about coworker who asked me to scratch her back. It’s kind of flirting with me. And a friend that I was talking to said “How bold of her”.
