Ueno RYOTEI Fukui is a designer share house that was originally a long-established restaurant that has been around for generations. It combines modern accents with the original Japanese style. Although it's only one stop from Ueno Station the town has a tasteful Showa-Era atmosphere. Area information of Taito

Taito ward is in the center-east of Tokyo. It is a relatively small ward, though it has many businesses and buildings. On the other hand, the mood of the Edo period still lingers. Performance and art styles from the era still continue on here, bridging new and old.
There are many sightseeing spots in Taito ward, and many people come to visit every day. Taito ward contains the Sumida river and the Kanda river, with relaxing parks where you can enjoy baseball or track events.


Area information of UguisudaniStation

Uguisudani is in Taito ward in Tokyo, on the JR Yamanote and Keihin Tohoku lines. It is a major station on both lines, and gives access to Shinagawa, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, and other stations, so it is convenient for commutes. It opened in 1912, and has not seen much remodeling over the years. It has escalators and elevators. Those using wheelchairs and strollers are suggested to use the south exit for best access.
It is not an express stop, and no Keihin Tohoku line trains stop from 10 AM to 3 PM. It sees an average ridership of 25,000 people per day.
