My name is Sato, and I moved from the Yokohama area to the Setagaya/Suginami area.

Today I'd like to talk about one of our newest houses, Oakhouse Shoin Jinja mae.
I'm going to be honest right off the bat:

◆The rooms are kind of small
◆If you have a lot of luggage it might be hard to fit it all in
◆The rooms have sofa beds so you might not be satisfied if you prefer a mattress
◆The only shared space is the kitchen
◆You might be surprised at how narrow it looks when you first look inside

 

However.......

 

 

◆It's a totally new building, and each room has its own water!! You can boil water in the IH stove in the room! (please cook in the kitchen)


◆Rent is much cheaper than the average for this area! (from 62,000 yen)

◆Because there are no verandas, the drying machine is free!


◆There are 6 toilets and 4 showers for 18 rooms!! (and women-only spaces too!)




◆7-Eleven and Hotto Motto(Japanese bento shop) just 30 seconds away!


◆Just 30 seconds to the Setagaya city hall!!


◆Only a 5-minute walk to the closest grocery store! 2 minutes to the closest drugstore!



◆Tons of nice shops and just 4 minutes to Setagaya line Shoin Jinja mae station!



◆A train goes from Shoin Jinja mae station to Sangenjaya station in just 9 minutes! Change to a train to Shibuya for a 21-minute trip!!


◆13-minute walk to a Don Quixote store open until 3 am!


◆Just 2 minutes away is a bus stop that will occasionally go to Shibuya and Gotanda!


◆Shoin Jinja shrine just 5 minutes away!
